1. Keep connect of the watch and App
2. Turn on "APP reminder" on GloryFit App. (Turn off "Do Not disturb" Mode on App)
3. Allow GloryFit App and Social App receive notification on phone setting.

How to switch watch dials?
Method 1: Long press the watch screen for 3 seconds to change.
Method 2: Slide down the watch screen to find the settings icon and tap watch face to set.
Method 3: Enter app, click Device---Watch faces---Dial center to change the dials or DIY dials.

1. Enter app, click Device---Universal settings---Device language.
2. Then you can change to other language or allow the watch language to follow your phone's system.

1. Click heart rate menu to activate green light and start detection.
